1. Customer provides essential project details, such as grid voltage, electricity consumption data, and site information (e.g., photos, Google Map links).

2. We then engineer an optimal system and submit a formal, customized quotation and preliminary design proposal.

Step2: Contract & Production

1. The customer confirms the final price and trade terms, leading to the signing of a Proforma Invoice (PI) or sales contract.

2. Upon signature, the customer proceeds with the advance payment as agreed.

3. After receiving the payment, we initiate production and provide key technical documents, such as the panel layout and single-line diagram.

Step3: Inspection & Shipping

1. Once production is complete, goods undergo rigorous inspection and testing. Photos and videos of the final products are shared with the customer for approval.

2. Before shipment, we confirm that the remaining balance has been fully settled.

3. We coordinate with our logistics partners to book shipping space and arrange all export formalities for the timely dispatch of goods.

Step4: Delivery & Support

1. We monitor the shipment until it arrives at the destination port and ensure the customer successfully takes delivery.

2. Our focus shifts to comprehensive after-sales support, including remote installation guidance and ongoing technical assistance.
